Delivery Policy

  • We deliver in Most of the Pin codes across the Globe.
  • Our Orders Take 48 to 72 hours to ship from our stocks after receipt of payments (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holiday) and Items which are not Ready to Ship, Expected Time to Ship is mentioned in on the Description Page of each item.
  • If, for any reason, there is a delay in shipping from our ware house for any reasons , due communication will be sent to the Customer on the Email or Phone in our records . We shall not be liable if Any wrongfull information as received by us during any of the communication which may include but not limited to the placing of the orders is received in our records.
  • We shall use International Logistics providers like Fedex , UPS etc and any delay in Transit at the Service providers end shall not make us liable for such delays.
  • We endeavor to reach you through Door to Door Delivery using our Logistics partners like Fedex or UPS most of the times , but in rare circumstances , customs regulations of a country requires a customer to present oneself before an Authority of that country for collection of the consignment .
  • Standard Delivery (For All Countries):It takes ______ Days to deliver a Parcel after it is dispatched as per the delivery policy as stated herein above.
  • Express Delivery (For all Countries): It takes________ Days to deliver a Parcel
  • Delivery to Some Remote areas or areas affected to delays due to varies may take longer than the scheduled time .
  • Once we Dispatch an item we notify our customers by a confirmation email sent on their Email Address in our records with Tracking Details and Expected Delivery Date. Expected Delivery dates as indicated on our website or on our notified e-mail may be different than actual delivery date. 11. Our Courier partner delivers Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 6.30pm. We do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday (Weekends, Bank Holidays).
  • For security and to ensure the parcel reaches the intended recipient, a signature is required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice, unless there is an address problem. Undelivered parcels (for any reason) are returned to our Warehouse. We may charge Handling Charges for the Return. Re-delivery would be charged again.
  • If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship). However, if you want us to ship the earlier available products first, please contact our customer care.
  • Parcels can only be sent to the Card holder's billing address due to rules laid down by credit card companies. If you want the goods to be delivered at a different ddress, please get the second address registered with the credit card company and on approval by credit card Company we can send thegoods at that second address.
