A: Go to the home page of eAnythingindian.com. Choose your category, search for your desired product. Click the product to add it to the cart. Go to cart and click to checkoutadd your email id and fill your shipping address to place your order and proceedto payment.

 

Q: How can I modify my order after having placed it?

A: You cannot modify your order. Cancel your previous order and re-place your order with desired changes.

Q: I had purchased multiple products in an order. Do I need to pay COD charges every time if the delivery time is different?

A: COD Charges will be applicable basis on the item quantity you will be purchasing.

Q: What are the cancellation timelines?

A: You can get your order cancelled within three hours of placing your order.

 

Q: If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?

A: You will get the refund back as per the payment mode/method you have selected while making payment for your order.

 

Q: How can I cancel one/few products from my order?

Q: What happens to my money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking for an unsuccessful order?

A: If the order is unsuccessful then the payment gateway returns the payment back to your account as per their policy & timeline.

 

Q: Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

A: Yes, you can place bulk order for items listed on our portal. In case if quantity is limited you may get in touch with our customer support team for the required quantity availability.

 

Q: Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

A: You cannot add new item in existing order.  However, you can place another order for the new item that you want to buy.
