We use logistic partners like Fedex, Delhivery, Shadofax and Pickkr to delivery all our orders.
Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.
Shipment and Tracking Details
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the products are handed over to the Courier. It will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details. You may also check the same by logging in to www.eanythingindian.com account section on our website.
Address Change Requests
Once an order is placed, you cannot make any changes in address. However, address change requests may be accommodated separately through email within 24 hours of placing the order. You can email us your request and the needful will be done.
Multiple Delivery Address Order
You can place separate orders in case of multiple delivery address.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct because courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect delivery address or where the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees.
In the event of a re-shipment/re-direct of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the re-shipment.
All products are packed in specified packaging as per the product type, weight and dimension keeping the safety in mind.
Standard Shipping: Standard Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver.
Express Shipping: Express Shipping take 2-3 working days.
Billing Address and Shipping Address
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
Shipping charges are vary as per the country and product weight. Shipping charges displayed on the checkout page are the final prices. P.S: The Government in your country may impose taxes or import/custom duties applicable on entry as per local laws and those are not included in shipping charges.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If a shipment is lost in transit, we reprocess/reship the order.
